Having struggled with IBS most of my life, my own journey towards achieving good gut health took me half-way around the world and a number of years. 

But once I found the solution, it was so simple! I knew I just had to share it with others in the same position as me.

In 2015, I founded my company, Glorious Food, to help people learn how to feed themselves better, choosing a natural route to reducing IBS symptoms and finding good health using a simple change of diet.

Since then I have worked with hundreds of people to reduce their unwanted, painful, embarrassing IBS symptoms and improve their health, helping them to reduce their bloating, increase energy and lose weight effectively without the need for expensive supplements.

Here are some of the questions I regularly get asked about my courses and programs

  • Does it really work?

    Yes. If you follow the advice given and the meal plan provided you will notice an improvement in your IBS symptoms. The recipes have been proven time and time again with 100's of Glorious Food clients since 2015.

  • I am vegan, are there vegan options available?

    Yes, there are tasty vegan alternatives for everything, included in the shopping list and meal plan.

  • I am coeliac, is there any gluten in the meal plan?

    No, I have purposely designed the meal plan to be 100% gluten free.

  • I am really busy right now and I am worried I won't be able to fit this course into my schedule...

    I totally understand and this is why I have created the course with a suggested study time of around 20 minutes each day for just over a week.

  • I really don’t like being hungry and have tried lots of faddy diets before. What makes this one different?

    I don’t advocate being hungry. When your body is hungry it is in reality searching out for missing nutrients that are required within the body. When your diet is nutrient rich, it naturally staves off hunger. Going hungry is detrimental to any successful program as you won’t stick to it.
