Helen Mileham, Nutrition Coach and IBS Specialist

Having struggled with my health for most of my life, my own journey towards achieving good health took me half-way around the world and a number of years. I was ill all of the time, feeling tired, catching every cold and germ that was out there and took far too much time off work. 

Once I found the solution, it was so simple! I knew I just had to share it with others in the same position as me.

In 2015, I founded my company, Glorious Food, to help people learn how to feed themselves better, choosing a natural route to strengthening the immune system and finding really good health using a simple change of diet.

Since then I have worked with hundreds of people to improve their health, helping them to reduce their bloating, increase energy and lose weight effectively without the need for expensive supplements. 

I am really passionate about the power of food and I have created the Immune Support online course to fast track you into good health giving you everything you need to succeed for now and in the future.  In just over a week!

    Certainly ensuring that you are eating enough of the right nutrients and getting all of your recommended daily allowances (RDA) will help your body to do what it needs to and protect you from every day germs.

  • I am vegan, are there vegan options available?

    Yes, there are tasty vegan alternatives for everything, included in the shopping list and meal plan.

  • I am coeliac, is there any gluten in the meal plan?

    No, I have purposely designed the meal plan to be 100% gluten free.
