Introducing Your Presenter

Helen Mileham, Nutrition Coach and IBS Specialist

Having struggled with yo-yo weight patterns and IBS most of my life, my own journey towards achieving good health and maintaining a healthy weight took me half-way around the world and a number of years. 

But once I found the solution, it was so simple! I knew I just had to share it with others in the same position as me.

In 2015, I founded my company, Glorious Food, to help people learn how to feed themselves better, choosing a natural route to good health and weight management using a simple change of diet.

Since then I have worked with hundreds of people to improve their health, helping them to reduce their bloating, increase energy and lose weight effectively without the need for expensive supplements. 

I am really passionate about the power of food and I have created the 'Kickstart Weight Loss' online course to fast track into losing weight effectively and gaining good health, giving you everything you need to succeed for now and in the future.  All in just over a week!

  • Does this really work?

    Yes, provided you follow the program and the 7 day meal plan you will lose weight. The trick is to do the course in order and make sure you follow the preparation module.

  • I am vegan, are there vegan options available?

    Yes, there are tasty vegan suggestions in your pre written shopping list.

  • I am coeliac, is there any gluten in the meal plan?

    No, I have purposely designed the meal plan to be 100% gluten free.

  • I am really busy with work / children / life right now and I am worried I won't be able to stick to it...

    I have created this course with speed and efficiency in mind and you can work at your own pace. There is no time limit and you have access for life once.

  • I really don’t like being hungry and have tried lots of faddy diets before. What makes this one different?

    I don’t advocate being hungry. Going hungry is detrimental to any successful program as you won’t stick to it.
